is heading for Canada in 2009 for "Cwrs Goleuni'r Gogledd" ("the Northern Lights Course").
The 33rd annual Cwrs Cymraeg Welsh language week will be held July 19th to 26th, 2009 on the Augustana Campus of
the University of Alberta in Camrose, Alberta.

Prices For Cwrs Cymraeg 2009
Cymdeithas Madog is proud to
announce the prices for students to attend Cwrs Cymraeg 2009: Cwrs Cymraeg Goleuni'r Gogledd. The prices include
room and board, class time, materials and most evening activities. Optional items, such as a midweek trip, will
have an additional cost. Here are the prices for your week of Welsh language learning in 2009:

Registering For Cwrs Cymraeg 2009
Please follow these step-by-step
instructions carefully to register for Cwrs Cymraeg 2009: Cwrs Goleuni'r Gogledd.
Step 1: Register
Register for Cwrs Cymraeg 2009
on-line using our on-line registration form. When you have
filled in the form, you will be directed back to this page to complete the payment of your deposit.
Please note that your registration
is not complete until the Registrar receives your deposit. Any on-line registration without a deposit of $100 will
NOT reserve a place for you on Cwrs Cymraeg 2009.

Step 2: Pay Your Deposit
Once
you have registered on-line, please complete your registration on Cymdeithas
Madog's Cwrs Cymraeg 2009 by initiating payment for your deposit
of $100 in US funds.
Mail a check or money order,
made payable to "Cwrs Cymraeg 2009",

Again, your registration is
not complete until the Registrar receives your deposit. You will also need to fill in the on-line Emergency
Contact and Medical Information form by June 28, 2009.
Step 3: Pay Balance Due
After June 15, mail balance due to the registrar. Include the $50 late fee as shown above.
Refund Schedule
If you register for Cwrs Cymraeg
2009 and find at a later date that you are not able to attend the cwrs, deposits will be provided using the following
schedule:

After May 31, 2009, refunds
will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Cymdeithas Madog cannot guarantee a refund of more than 50% of the
course payment if withdrawal takes place after July 1st, 2009.
