With a population of about 40,000 people, Wrexham ("Wrecsam"
in Welsh) is the largest town in North Wales. The central core of the town has been extensively renovated, giving
it a mix of both the old and the new. Wrexham is now a centre for shopping and tourism for North-East Wales, and
well worth a visit.
